We at Shaolin Kung Fu Institute strive to build a community by helping people get in shape, learn self-defense and at the same time instill the life skills and character of a true martial artist: respect, self-control, courtesy, perseverance, and honesty – just to name a few. Classes are offered for children, adults, and seniors. Students learn to defend themselves, get in shape, relieve stress, and become healthier – mentally and physically. Students find their personal success through the benefits received in physical fitness, personal development while receiving the empowerment and confidence that comes through self-defense training.
